About Chung Yuan Wu

Chung Yuan Wu is the founder of Pulsar Law. He is a practising BC Lawyer and Notary Public.

Wu was graduated from Dalhousie University Schulich School of Law with a certificate in Law and Technology. He was the first articled student at the Dalhousie Technology and Innovation Law Clinic providing services to technology startups across Nova Scotia.  

He also worked as a privacy officer in the Government of Yukon. Prior to his legal education, Wu studied Computer Science at UBC and Engineering at Western University, with working experience in a global ERP Cloud enterprise.
